Vince’s time off from work is over. How very sad.
I’ve gotten very used to having him around all the time, so has Emma. I think when tomorrow comes I might have a little girl who misses her daddy a lot 🙁 I know he’s not particularly looking forward to going back to work either, but we do appreciate how hard he works for us and I try to make sure he knows that 🙂
That said, we have been able to enjoy another lovely week!
It has been a while since I last did one of these posts hasn’t it! But as I’ve been a very happy homemaker this morning it seemed the right time to start again 🙂

Whilst tackling an overgrown weed patch in one corner of our garden my Mr discovered this little guy (or girl??)!
He has become quite besotted (aren’t men funny?) and named him/her Ernie!!!
We have also now decided to hand the particular bed it was crouching below over to the wildlife determined to make it’s home in our little garden.
I’m rather happy about it actually 🙂
I hope Ernie is too!
