A few days ago you may recall I wrote about my love affair with rhubarb and mentioned this cake. Well, here it is!
This is a beautiful moist loaf cake that goes down very well with a cup of tea. Better than that it is incredibly easy to put together, always a plus in my books.
A week or so ago Vince and I analysed our diet a little and decided there was room for some improvements. To be honest we don’t eat ever so unhealthily, our main problem is probably portion control, we do love our food!
However, there are some general content changes to our diet we are making.
Last week as we strolled through the farmers market a bag of the most enormous pears caught my eye and naturally I had to have them! They have been in my fruit bowl ever since waiting for me to do something with them.
