Happy Monday!!!
Once again this week has whizzed by! I honestly don’t know where all the time is going! I feel like it might be Christmas at any moment (although I’m actually very excited for Christmas this year 🙂 ).
So onto todays HHM, linking up with the lovely Sandra from Diary of a Stay at Home Mom.

The Weather::
Todays weather has taken a turn for the miserable it seems. The forecast is saying it should be sunny intervals giving way to bright sunshine later and yet looking through the window I’m waiting for it to rain at any moment. On the plus side it has cooled down to a comfortable 19C/66F which I’m quite happy about.
Right now I am::
Writing this post while finishing my cup of tea and watching Emma eating a scone.
Thinking::
About what I’m going to make us for dinner and how I’m going to keep myself awake and energised today while Vince is at work. I have just been SO tired this last day or two.
On my reading pile::
I have started Lark Rise by Flora Thompson now but I can see it being a slow read as I am not being very good about setting aside reading time!
On my TV::
The White Queen on BBC1 but thats about it.
On the menu for this week::
My menu planning is still so far off track. I did actually write a plan in the end last week… and then failed to stick to it.
On my to do list::
Make and stick to a menu plan!
Do still more laundry LOL
Sew some paper(less) towels
Sort through Emma’s out grown clothes (Never did get round to this last week)
In the craft basket::
I am currently crocheting some circle bunting to hang across my kitchen window which is in need of brightening up. I also I have a commission in the works too.
Looking forward to this week::
Wednesday! It is the only day we are all at home and have no pressing work/errands/visits or driving to do!
Looking around the house::
After a busy weekend of not being home and not feeling to great the house has suffered. I have a lot of making up to do, although I know it feels worse/like more work than it really is.
From the camera::
A quick phone snap of Emma’s first successful ponytail!
Bible verse, Devotional::
I can do all this through Him who gives me strength. Phillipians 4:13 NIVUK
Visiting from Happy homemaker Monday, hope you have a good week and get that menu plan done.
