Well I’m still unfit. Big shock right?!
However, todays run was definitely an improvement on Tuesdays attempt. Albeit not a dramatic improvement.
I still didn’t complete the whole podcast, this time I managed 6 out of 8 runs. I actually was a little disappointed as I felt like I could have done more but my right leg cramped up and I couldn’t move. Don’t you just hate cramp?
On the plus side though, I had managed more than on Tuesday, my chest and throat weren’t burning as outrageously and I didn’t feel sick. That’s all good enough for me!
My next run is on Saturday and hopefully I’ll actually finish this time! But I will be repeating week 1 next week anyway.
Unfortunately running and photography are not something I can manage simultaneously so this is a bit of a dry post. Apologies!
Now I’m off to relax on my sofa with Emma and a slice of cake!

I’d totally forgotten about this film! I dread to think how those photos would actually come out though! Maybe next week if I’m doing a bit better I’ll give it a go as an experiment π Hope you are well Tom xx
I started the program back in January, and I tell you…it gets better. I’m doing my last run tomorrow (well, last run for the program) and then I just have to keep doing it. You’ll feel better and stronger every week. I promise. π I posted about my experience here: http://www.shemakesandbakes.com/2/post/2012/03/my-running-regimen.html. Hang in there! Emily
Hi Emily, it’s so nice to know that this program is working for people all over the world! π It so motivating to read about how other people get on!
Hi just found your blog.
Persevere with your running … if you visit my blog you can read all about my crafting and running.
If you are getting cramp make sure you are hydrated enough … also make sure you are stretching before and after your runs … time consuming but important.
Keep on going
Fleur xx
